Sugar is a material which proposes a multiplicity of renderings. By the experimentation of this material, Salome could note that its properties approached those of glass. She thus tried to copy these processes by adapting them to sugar like shots glass with blowtorch, glass of Murano, tempered glass, reticulated glass, laminated glass, drawn glass and blown glass.
